The Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011 forced its survivors to make various living environmental changes. Those changes made it difficult maintain families and communities, led household This study aimed clarify among people who moved Futago, a new community constructed within Ishinomaki, city in Miyagi Prefecture gain insight of Housing complex plan creating comfortable enviromental. Families that underwent rated their lives highly following relocation; they confirmed had many social exchanges with met after the disaster.
